The lectures covers various systematic groups of fungi. Participants will learn about: 
•    fungi that aren’t even fungi;
•    microscopic fungi such as molds, yeasts, and those that cause disease in plants and animals;
•    macroscopic fungi, for example, puff-balls, shelf fungi, coral mushrooms, club fungi, various capped mushrooms, etc.

The lecture includes a computer presentation and a look at dried fungus specimens from the museum’s collection.
